Why TALL exists

No one opens a bakery, starts a construction company, or takes over the family restaurant because they love paperwork and inboxes.

They do it because they love the work itself. TALL takes the routine work off their plate and hands it to a system they can actually trust, so they can get back to the work they started their business to do.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

1
A 15-minute call

Tell us what eats your time: email, estimates, invoices, follow-ups, scheduling.

2
We set TALL up around you

Your prices, your job stages, your words. Built for your business, not a template.

3
You approve, TALL handles the rest

Check one screen in the morning, OK what’s ready, and get back to the work you love.

Our foundation

Faith at the foundation. Service in the work.

It starts with the name itself. The T in tall is shaped like a cross on purpose — Jesus paid the price on that cross for all people. T, all. That’s the whole idea, in two letters.

The red and blue running through this site come from the Divine Mercy image, painted in the 1930s after Saint Faustina Kowalska, a Polish nun, reported a vision of Jesus with one hand raised in blessing and two rays of light streaming from His Heart, one red and one pale. In her diary she records that they stand for the Blood and Water that flowed from His pierced Heart (John 19:34). The red ray stands for the Blood of Jesus, which is the life of souls; it is tied to the Eucharist and to His Self-Sacrifice. The pale (blue) ray stands for the Water, which makes souls righteous; it is tied to Baptism and the purifying Grace of the Holy Spirit. Together they are His Sacrifice and His Mercy, poured out for everyone. She also wrote that Jesus asked for the image to be signed “Jesus, I trust in You,” which is why those words appear beneath it. That same Mercy is at the heart of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, a prayer she recorded in 1935 that asks for mercy on us and on the whole world.

That is why this image is here. Jesus taught us to love everyone, to work hard, and to grow in love and mercy toward others, and that is why we work as hard as we do. We want to serve each person wholeheartedly and give them the best product we possibly can. He gave everything for us and for all, so why shouldn’t we give our best in everything we do?

Who’s behind this

Why I built TALL.

I didn’t set out to build a tech company. Five years of college basketball and a year of coaching came first. After that, I spent time in business operations for a small, family-run company — organizing product data, helping migrate their website, keeping the warehouse straight. It’s unglamorous work, and I saw up close how much of a small business’s time gets eaten by exactly that kind of thing.

Shortly after, I started working hands-on with a company building AI for the insurance industry, and it showed me what AI can actually do today — not the hype version, the real one. I’d spent time watching a small business get buried in the administrative side of things, and I was suddenly surrounded by AI capable of handling exactly that kind of work. TALL is what happened next.

My faith is at the center of everything I do, and TALL came flowing out of it, by the Grace of God. I wrote more about what that means above.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

What does TALL cost?

Plans are built around what your business needs. You’ll get a clear price on our 15-minute call, before anything starts.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No. We set everything up with you. If you can read an email and tap a button, you can use TALL, on your phone or your computer.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

TALL drafts; you decide. Nothing goes to a customer without your OK, and you can change anything first. AI can make mistakes, so you always get the final say. See our AI Disclosure.

Is my information safe?

Your information is private to your business. We never sell it and never use it to train AI. See our Privacy Policy.

What does it work with?

Today TALL runs on Google: Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive and Sheets, and your money workbook lives in a Google Sheet you can open anytime.

On our roadmap: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Calendar and OneDrive), Zoom and Slack. Use something else? Tell us on the call. We want to hear what your business runs on.

What kinds of businesses is it for?

Owner-run service businesses: painters, remodelers, contractors and trades, and other small businesses buried in email and paperwork.

Don’t see your business here? Book a call anyway. If TALL can help, we’ll figure it out together.
